Lochinch girls U15 tournament
Last week U15 girls from Ardrossan Academy, Largs Academy and Arran Academy travelled to Lochinch to play in a girls U15 tournament. We travelled with two sides, an Ardrossan/Largs combined side and an Arran High School who were playing in their first event as a team. The Ardrossan/Largs girls played 4 games winning 1 showing some improved skills within the contact area and growing confidence in their running. The Arran girls played excellent in their debut being very physical in their running and tackling while also showing lovely hand skills with their offloading and passing ability. Impressive rugby from all the girls involved and with the improving numbers between the Schools there is confidence that there could be potential for a new Girls Club side. view more»
